Visiting Our Cat Lounge

What to Expect During Your Visit

  • Check-in: Expect a friendly greeting from our staff who will check you in for your visit, go over the lounge rules, and show you around.

  • Hygiene Protocols: You'll be asked to sanitize your hands and remove or cover your shoes before entering the cat area to ensure the health and safety of our cats. We provide hand sanitizer and either shoe covers, disposable socks, or slippers - whichever you are more comfortable in.

  • Make Yourself at Home: We have several spaces set up that are designed to be a comfortable setting for you to interact and play with our cats. You are free to roam around the facility and interact with any cats that you find! (Please make sure you don’t disturb cats who are hiding, eating, or backing away from you - some of our cats prefer to warm up to visitors before interacting.)

  • Grab a Snack! Snacks, coffee & drinks are included with your entry fee and are available in the kitchen - just help yourself to anything!

  • Working, Reading, or Studying: If you plan on working on your laptop or just want to read a book, we have desks available, monitors, keyboards, etc. We also have beanbag chairs or other comfortable places to sit. If you prefer a quiet room, just let us know!

  • Staff Assistance: Our staff members will be available to answer any questions you have about the cats, their behavior, or our adoption process. Feel free to ask if you have any questions!

  • Photo Opportunities: Capture your visit with plenty of opportunities for photos!

  • Check-Out: When you are ready to leave, simply check out with the front desk. Please be mindful of your appointment end time. Our reservation schedule is designed to allow us to clean up in between guests, and ensures that the cats have adequate breaks between visitors so they don’t become overwhelmed or stressed.
